Things to do for mod_sequester:

o Enhance TimeLockReport to be able to handle a redirection, perhaps
  with something like

        TimeLockReport On | Off | <URL-to-which-to-redirect>

  Probably should be able to include a code, such as 'permanent'
  et cetera -- see mod_alias.  Suggested by Daniel Kvål <dk@uw.no>.
